the girls gave kg this hanging bar last year for father's day. just recently they frequently beg to hang from it. one day i timed them.
river lasted 27 seconds.

river gets up there and shakes her little hips and has a party. :)

flower hangs very still and focuses. she lasted 32 seconds.
river also loves this trick she does with daddy.




her muscles amaze me.
