river gets a fat lip

on june 18th river tripped and fell face first into the vacuum. ouch. huge fat lip. you can see the teeth marks in her lip. so gross. it looks like hamburger. poor baby.






that fat lip sure made for a plumper pucker though. such beautiful lips!
