river's first day of preschool!

i love my sweet little goofball and can hardly believe she's starting preschool! september 10th was her first day.   she chose that little heart outfit all by herself.  and flower looks so grown up and pretty!   i love that they are always so happy for each other and their milestones.

since it was her first day they had a late start. we dropped flower off at school and took river to denny's for breakfast.  she was being such a ham with the other customers and taking their photo.

she loves teacher allison and i think this is going to be a great year!

i was surprised to find myself all teared up in the parking lot.  this is my baby.  allison so sweetly gave the mom's this little gift on our way out the door. :)

she had a great first day and i'm grateful that with our schedules, kg and i can both enjoy these milestones together.

flower's second day of school

on flower's 2nd day of school, river wanted to wear the outfit flower had worn the day before for her first day of school. :) i love that they can share clothes. they both rocked that first day of school outfit and i like this outfit flower put together as well for her second day. :)

river's first day of ballet!

on september 4th river started ballet! she is such a beautiful little ballerina and those legs!
