Freak Alley

To start off our Thanksgiving celebration I wanted to take some family photos. I really kind of like my family after all. So, Wednesday afternoon we went to Freak Alley in downtown and had some fun. The family ones aren't bad considering we used the timer! Here's a few of my favs.





We then went home for naps because the first Thanksgiving dinner was just a few short hours later!

I am Thankful for...

...them.
They make me laugh everyday. And they're kind of cute. And nice to me. I love them.
I am especially thankfully for adoption as it's given us a family. I think it's very fitting that it's national adoption month.
I am thankful for Flower's birth family, whom we will never know, and for Mandy and her family for the amazing sacrifice they made for us.
I am thankful for Amanda and everyone who played a part in shaping Flower into who she is today.
I am thankful for our families.
I am thankful for our friends.
I am thankful for our good jobs and our home.
I am thankful for our trials and tribulations.
I am thankful for the gospel.
We had an amazing Thanksgiving filled with family, friends and yummy food.

Flower Girl

Flower got to be in her first wedding. She was a flower girl in Jenna's wedding on November 21. I got her a white dress and did her hair up all pretty. She looked beautiful! She also had the time of her life and had been looking forward to it for quite some time.










Details of the wedding day are forthcoming...as soon as I finish going through 500 photos. Yup, 12 hours in so far and half way through. Yikes. It was such a wonderful day. I can hardly wait to share.
