as soon as we stepped in front of this grass river proclaimed, "the grass is so beautiful. take my picture." she's right, everything was so green. i love that she appreciates the beauty around her.

after our bagels, we continued our walk.
they had a blast on the carousel.
i love the joy in their faces.
then we walked home. the girls grabbed buckets and shovels and kg took them to a new beach while i intended to enjoy a soak and read.
they had a great time. unfortunately for me the water in the tub came out a trickle and it took over an hour just to fill it about 4 inches, and it wasn't very hot. by the time the girls got home they were ready for a bath so they tried to enjoy it. that was one frustrating part of the condo. oh well, i did enjoy reading in silence. :)that night we went to dinner at a very romantic place. it was divine italian food!
while we were waiting for our food, river grabbed kg's hat and sweatshirt and sat like this for a bit. silly kid.
flower wanted to try and couldn't stand it. :)

crappy photo but an amazing dish. crab/cheese/something or other ravioli. melted in our mouth.
kg's dish was amazing too. i love trying new restaurants.
