On August 30th we finally made the effort to wake up early and enjoy the balloons in Ann Morrison Park. We loved it! What an amazing feeling being out there so early and the sky so still and then fill up with beautiful balloons and flames as the sun rises. Incredible. Daybreak has always been my favorite because I'm such a night owl that it's more rare that I see the sun rise. But River and I were both named after the new day's beginnings and it catches my breath when I get to be a part of it.
