Stacey's Stir Fry ala Stacey Hartley
1 1/2 lbs. steak
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs fine chopped ginger root
2 garlic cloves minced
3 carrots sliced
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 medium onion
1 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
Heat oil. Add steak, ginger root and garlic, heat for 2-3 minutes, then remove steak. Add carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add vinegar, soy sauce, onion and broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes. Return the steak to the veggies and heat for 2 minutes and then serve over rice or noodles.
