flower's first snow day!

we welcomed in december with flower's first snow day! december 1st. they don't happen too often around here. There have only been 4 since 1994. i remember them being so magical when i was a kid. i think kg and i were more excited about it than she was because she still loves school. :) anyway, we didn't really play much because unfortunately i still worked. a snow day is unlikely for me when i live where i work. ;) kg walked the girls to office to see me in the afternoon and had fun throwing them in the big piles of snow. he also made a slide out of one of the piles. river had a snow suit on so she enjoyed it more than flower but they both had fun for a few minutes.







i hope there are many more snow days to come in flower's school career.
