Eternal Family!

One year ago today we were sealed for time and all eternity in the Boise Temple! We have had so much going on with so many 'firsts' to celebrate that sadly, the most important one almost slipped my memory. Thank you to Amanda in China for the reminder email! What a very special day that was for us! It was a day I looked forward to for a LONG time and was grateful that we were able to have her sealed to us so quickly after coming home. As we say our prayers at night we frequently say our thanks for temples. Starting a few days ago, whenever ever we pass the temple Flower exclaims excitedly, "it's a temple! name of Jesus Christ, Amen!" It's so sweet that she associates things that way.
Tonight we already had plans with some friends so it became our celebration night. We met everyone, Cindy and Steve and baby Dodson, Lindy and Justin, and Alan, at Pier 49 for pizza and salad and had a great time. I can't get over how adorable Dodson is. His eyes are gorgeous!




On the way home we passed the temple and Flower did not disappoint by making her usual remark. We took that opportunity to explain that a year ago she got to inside. What a special kid she is and we are thankful for eternal families!
