Flower Completed swimming lessons!

Today was Flower's last day of swimming lessons. It was definitely worth enrolling her. It's pretty cool how far she has come with just 10 lessons. She has so much more confidence in the water now! Today she had to show the teacher that she could do each thing she learned in order to get her certificate. I forgot my camera so these are crappy phone quality photos. Bummer.
Each day they started out near that tent and learned a new swimming rule. Then they had to get under the green shower before they could get in the pool. Today was the first day she got under the shower on her own! It's really hard to see her but she's in the blue suit near the edge of the pool.
She was showing her teacher that she can put her face in the water.
She is showing that she can blow big bubbles.

This is the superman swim. They are supposed to push themselves off the step and glide. She still struggles with that a bit. She needs to straighten her legs and arms and put her face in and blow bubbles.
She went all the way under!
She is showing that she can lay on her back without freaking out! This a huge step!
Her jumps got higher and higher each day!
Yay! She can open her eyes under the water! You can just barely see them open. It's hard to get that on camera when she's only under for a second! Yay Flower! I was so proud of this one. It was the last one she had to pass off and almost didn't make it! Of course one she did it she wouldn't stop. She was so proud.

She is showing that she can kick her feet and blow bubbles at the same time. Way to go Flower! You accomplished so much!
We celebrated with an Ice Shaver, as she calls them.
