Bend and Burns::day fourteen

This morning we took our time leaving the camp. While KG took down camp I played at the playground with Flower. Then we all played some mini golf.
After we left there we had a great time in Bend.
First we ate brunch at Bella Cucina. It was delish!

Flower had been asking to talk to Kris for a couple of days. I finally had her call while we were waiting for our food.
Look at her huge smile when Kris answered the phone!

After lunch we played at the Working Wonders Children's Museum. It was so dang fun! There was so much to do. As you can see from the photos, Flower thoroughly enjoyed it! I just love her in all the little costumes!
Her very favorite part was the Wonder Mart. Every time we'd leave a station she'd make a beeline to return there and we'd have to reroute her to a new station.

Next KG and Flower built a slide with gigantic Lincoln Logs.

This sand was awesome and we all had fun playing in it. That's my volcano in the middle. :)
KG built a pyramid.
Flower and I played in a Construction Zone.

KG and Flower put some pipes together in a house.
Then we all went to Mexico.

Next we all went to Busy Bodies.

Right before the next photo, Flower fell off the climbing wall. :(
She hit her face pretty hard and had a nice bruise on her cheek. Poor baby. I felt so bad for her.
Flower got to be a Veterinarian!

Apparently her dog swallowed a snake.

We had tons of fun in the pizza parlor.
She made her own pizza,

then cooked it,

and boxed it up and delivered it to KG.
While he waited for his order he played on the magnet board.
Check out his cute little limerick.
After that she got to be Einstein.

We felt artistic in the Kaleidoscope Korner.

The entire visit was super fun and we definitely need one here!
We were finally on the road to continued our journ. We drove to Burns for dinner. We ate at The Apple Peddler again. This was our first repeat restaurant of the trip. It did not disappoint and was worth a second trip. Then it was on to Boise.
This picture was taken at the museum and sums up the day nicely!
